Demystify Systems LLP ("Demystify", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through demystifysystems.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and improve our services:
- Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, company).
- Details about the help you are looking for and any message you send.
- Cookieless, aggregated analytics about how the website is used - Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Visitors are identified only by a request hash that Vercel discards within 24 hours; we do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site identifiers.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide requested information.
- Discuss products, services, and engagements relevant to your request.
- Improve our website, content, and offerings.
Client-side tools & your data
Most Demystify Tools run entirely in your browser. Anything you enter into these client-side tools is processed on your device and is never uploaded to us — they make no third-party network requests, carry no ads, and do no fingerprinting. You don't have to take our word for it: whitelist the site and open your browser's developer tools, or simply turn off your internet and watch the tools keep working.
YouTube API Services
Postdesk, our internal publishing tool, uses YouTube API Services to publish video content to our brands' YouTube channels on our behalf. This use is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
We store only what is needed to do this: the connected channel's OAuth refresh token (encrypted at rest), the resulting video IDs and URLs, and upload status. We do not access subscribers, watch history, or any other account data beyond this.
You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account's security settings. To request deletion of stored connection data, email our team using the contact details below.
Mailing list
If you join our mailing list, we keep your email address, the page you joined from, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We use it only to send Demystify product news and compliance explainers - never to sell to third parties, and we don't treat you as a sales lead because of it. To leave, reply to any email or write to us, and we delete your address from the list.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Data retention & security
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us by emailing our team.
